No one is saying when the alert level will be raised. My guess is when we see some community transmission outside of North America, especially in Europe and Asia. Also if we see more cases south of the Equator, where their flu season just began.

I think that I am more worried about how the flu will progress in the southern hemisphere and what will happen this fall when our flu season restarts. I keep reading scary stuff in obscure corners of the web.
